Pharmaceutical Cold Ship Policy
Hilco Vision complies with FDA requirements for the safe storage and transportation of temperature-sensitive pharmaceuticals. All refrigerated products are shipped in thermal-insulated packaging using expedited delivery services to maintain product integrity.

Shipping Options
Cold Ship Standard (2-Day Service)
- Ships Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays
- 1–11 items: $22.50 flat fee (includes packaging and materials)
- 12 or more refrigerated items: Cold-ship fees waived — mix & match allowed
Cold Ship Overnight
- Ships Monday through Wednesday, excluding holidays
- Overnight shipping fee: $35.00
All cold-ship items are non-returnable. Orders placed after cutoff or outside designated days will ship the following week.

Each cold-ship item is identified by one of the following icons in our catalogs and product supplements. These indicators ensure proper handling and temperature-controlled fulfillment.
Look for the Cold Ship and Temperature-Sensitive icons on product labels and digital listings. Items bearing these symbols must be shipped via cold-chain logistics under the policy outlined above.

Holiday Shipping Schedule (October 2025 – January 2027)
Hilco Vision observes all U.S. federal holidays. During these periods, cold-ship pharmaceutical orders are paused to maintain temperature control. Use the guide below to confirm when shipments stop and when service resumes.
